1/2 bath basement bathroom

This bathroom had a vanity & toilet with a swinging door that used up floor space.
In two weeks I'd installed a new toilet, vanity & shower drains in the concrete. The open concept bathroom now has a tiled angular shower, toilet, vanity, bath fan, updated electrical & a pocket door.

Tile floor

We've finished 500 sq of 1x2 porcelain tile. Quite a challenge floating thin set over concrete humps.

Rock accent Entertainment center

We had removed a planter box in this Living room stripped it down to the joists then glued & screwed 5/8" plywood to the joists. Glue as well for the Entertainment center walls covering the studs with 1/2" plywood then concrete board over that.
The electrical, CAT6, & COAX has been installed through an 1 1/2" vinyl conduit, mostly to accommodate future component wiring.
Now we are installing the rock.

Concrete leveled

<p>Today I've finished the sunken concrete pad in this addition. The new concrete pour coupled with concrete pillars under the foundation will compensate for the lack of footings. Which has caused the sagging on the addition.

I've hammered out 3 holes in the concrete now to dig down 4'& install a concrete slab this addition will. Stop settling now

Mobile home bathroom update

This bathroom in a mobile had been complete demolished and I had installed a new spa tub tile limo vanity closet. Night - day this project is.

Modular Home Bathroom Reno

This Double wide mobile home had a stand up shower, 2 walls separating the from sink. Now all the new electrcical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, insulation, one spacious bathroom. Bipass mirror closet doors for storage, a deep soaker heated spa tub. 

Maternity Room

We installed this closet organizer, custom shelving and gave the room a complete new color. The customer is using it as a maternity room.
