New bathroom floor joists needed

This bathroom floor required us to remove 30 years of flooring to properly fasten the plywood to a level joists.

This Bathroom had many issues the worst of which the ceiling - floor joist from the upper floor are only 2x4. Hardly adequite, top it off the previous plumber had cut the celing joist for a vent pipe. To support the upper floor we installed a 3 ply 2x 8 beam to support the 2 x 4 floor joists above. A cost saving to the customer.
